1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging the professional services of KNC & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2 Professional Services

KNC & Associates provides professional Chartered Accountancy services including but not limited to Income Tax filing, GST compliance, NRI Taxation, Corporate Compliance, Audit and Financial Advisory. All services are subject to:

• Execution of a formal engagement letter or service agreement
• Timely provision of accurate and complete information by the client
• Payment of agreed professional fees as per the engagement terms
• Compliance with applicable laws and ICAI guidelines

3 Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services are responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate and timely information and documents required for the engagement
• Ensuring all information shared is truthful and not misleading
• Informing us promptly of any changes in circumstances that may affect the engagement
• Reviewing and approving all filings, returns and documents before submission
• Making timely payment of professional fees and government charges

4 Fees & Payment

All professional fees are discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement of work. Please note:

• Fees displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on complexity
• Government fees, filing charges and statutory levies are charged separately
• GST at 18% is applicable on all professional fees
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless the engagement is cancelled before commencement of work
• Outstanding fees may result in suspension of services

5 Confidentiality

KNC & Associates treats all client information with strict confidentiality in accordance with the ICAI Code of Ethics. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law, regulatory authorities or court orders. This obligation of confidentiality continues even after the termination of the professional engagement.

6 Limitation of Liability

While we exercise professional care and diligence in all engagements, KNC & Associates shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
• Delays caused by government portals, technical failures or force majeure events
• Penalties or interest arising from late filing due to client's delay in providing documents
• Decisions made by clients based on our advisory without proper implementation
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages

Our liability in any case shall not exceed the professional fees paid for the specific engagement.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images and reports prepared by KNC & Associates are the intellectual property of the firm. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from KNC & Associates.

8 Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the professional engagement by providing reasonable written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay all fees for work completed up to the date of termination. KNC & Associates reserves the right to withdraw from an engagement if the client provides false information, fails to cooperate or acts in a manner inconsistent with professional ethics.

9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

10 Changes to Terms

KNC & Associates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
